All right. Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us for our next presentation from Xponential Fitness. Xponential, which completed its IPO last Summer, is a curator and franchisor of 10 leading boutique fitness brands across distinct modalities. These include Club Pilates, Pure Barre, CycleBar, Rumble, and the most recent addition, Body Fit Training, which was acquired late last year. While the brick-and-mortar fitness industry was hit hard by COVID, we've seen a resurgence of late as the consumers seemed extremely eager to get back to their normal routines and shed some of the weight that they may have put on during the last couple of years. At the same time, the pandemic has only underscored the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, with exercise clearly at the center and a key part of that.
