Shareholders, ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to welcome you most warmly to the 23rd Annual General Meeting. And I'm delighted, once again, to see so many shareholders here in person. I would also like to welcome the members of the Board of Directors who are here today: Ton Buechner, Srikant Datar, Elizabeth Doherty, Ann Fudge and Andreas von Planta; and here on the stage with me, Enrico Vanni.
I'd also like to welcome the new candidate for the Board of Directors, Mr. Patrice Bula, and the members of the executive committee who are here today. Our auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, are also represented here today; as well as our notary, Mrs. Andrea Schmutz; and Mr. Peter Andreas Zahn, the independent proxy. As minute-taker today, I appoint Ms. Charlotte Pamer, the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
