And fundamentally, it's the right thing to do for humanity. We believe that it starts with a very clear purpose, which we have defined together with our associates and with external stakeholders, and we see our mandates to innovate with new medicines and to make them available to as many patients as possible. And we have validated this also as an external expectation from stakeholders over and over again, for instance, through our materiality analysis where we just completed the most recent analysis a few months ago and which I'm sure will be subject of discussion throughout the day.
