I can see the number of participants joining us is increasing. So I shall kick off the panel. Welcome to the second of our 2 panel sessions today. My name is Joe Oakenfold from Deutsche Bank's Depositary Receipts team. And for all of you who made it to the end of the day, it's my pleasure to welcome 3 speakers to the virtual stage.
