Thank you very much. Good morning. I'm Frederick Copeland. And as Chairman of the Board of Directors, I'm pleased to welcome you to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Amerant Bancorp Inc., the company.
On this occasion, as the country and the world continues to deal with the consequences of COVID-19 pandemic, we are holding the meeting in a virtual format only.
