Thank you. Good morning. I'm Frederick Copeland, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors, I'm pleased to welcome you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Amerant Bancorp, Inc.
On this occasion, as the country and the world continues to deal with the consequences of the COVID virus pandemic, we are holding this meeting, as we did last year, in a virtual-only format.
