Thank you for standing by, and welcome to the Fletcher Building Half Year Results Analyst Briefing. (Operator Instructions) I would now like to hand the conference over to Mr. Ross Taylor, CEO. Please go ahead.
Good morning, everyone. And welcome to the presentation of our results for the 6 months ended 31 December 2018. And presenting with me today is our group CFO, Bevan McKenzie.
On Slide 3, it outlines our key talking points today. And I'll begin by providing a short overview of the half year results, and then I'll run through the divisional performance in a bit more detail. Bevan will then talk through the overall financial performance for the year. And then finally, I'll sum up with some outlook comments and our areas of focus for the balance of FY'19.
