Fletcher Building Ltd Investor Day Transcript
I'll get going because we got a long day and if I start late, you probably won't thank us for finishing late. So good morning, everybody. For those who don't know me, I'm Ross Taylor, CEO of Fletcher Building, and I really appreciate everybody coming along to our investor update today and for those that couldn't make it for listening in via the webcast.
We have planned what I hope is an interesting and informative day for you all and -- which we've laid it out on Slide 2 of the deck. And just going through briefly, I'll start with an overview of how the overall Fletcher Group is tracking this year. And then Dean, Dean Fradgley, our Australian Chief Executive, will provide an overview of the Australian business. And Dean's going to focus on the work that he and the team have been doing to set the business up for better performance and growth into the future, and I know it's something you all have been very interested in.
After that, the Australian general managers are going to do more detailed presentations on their businesses. And this is
