On behalf of the Board, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Fletcher Building's 2021 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Today's meeting is being held online. This allows shareholders, proxies and guests to attend the meeting virtually. I sincerely regret that yet again, we find ourselves unable to meet in person owing to the recent COVID developments.
