Thank you, operator. Welcome everybody to the First Quarter Earnings Call of Bank of Georgia. Today, I will discuss the key trends from the first quarter results, and then make -- then I'll open for some questions.
First of all, many of you have seen the announcement that in April this year we have announced now the changes and strengthening of the management team. The new management is settling in and basically with a fresh view. I think we'll have some good strategy and refreshed results closer to the end of the year.
