Thank you. Thank you, moderator. Hi, everyone. Thanks for coming in at this hour, and we wanted to just get everybody together and share with you. I guess all of you are aware of the events of yesterday. But just to reiterate, the RBI has appointed Mr. Yogesh Dayal as an Additional Director on the Board for the bank for a period of 2 years, until December 23, 2023.
The Board has also accepted the request of the erstwhile MD and CEO, Mr. Vishwavir Ahuja, to proceed on leave and appointed me. I'm currently serving as the Executive Director of the bank as an interim Managing Director and CEO, subject to, obviously, regulatory
