Good afternoon, members. It is 2:00 PM, and I now call the meeting to order and confirm that the requisite quorum is present at the meeting. On behalf of the bank and the Board of Directors, I extend to all of you, a very warm welcome to the 81st annual general meeting of the bank. I'm delighted to be here today as this is my first opportunity and privilege to address all of you as the Chairman of the bank. My best wishes to each one of you and your family and I look forward to your continued support and trust as always shown by you towards the bank and its management.
Mr. Prakash Chandra who was our esteemed Chairman for the last six years and a revered member of the Board for the last 8.5 years completed his term as the non-executive independent Director and part-time Chairman of the bank on August 2, 2024 in terms of the approval granted by the members and the Reserve Bank of India.
