Ladies and gentlemen, good day, and welcome to RBL Bank Limited Q4 FY '23 Earnings Conference Call. (Operator Instructions).
I now hand the conference over to Mr. R. Subramaniakumar, Managing Director and CEO of RBL Bank. Thank you, and over to you, Mr. Kumar.
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for joining us for a discussion on RBL Bank's financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of FY '23. I'm, as always, joined on this call by Mr. Rajeev Ahuja and other members of our management team, who, along with me, will address any questions that you have.
I briefly want to touch upon a few of the key items from our business performance this year. Firstly on growth. At the start of the year, we had planned for 15% growth in advances and annualized growth in our retail business of 20% this fiscal. I'm happy to report that we have ended FY '23 with 17% Y-o-Y growth and a 5% sequential growth in advances. Retail advances grew by 21% Y-o-Y, and 8%
