Good day, and welcome to the Barratt Developments Trading Update. For your information, this call is being recorded.
At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to David Thomas, CEO. Please go ahead, sir.
Thank you very much. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for dialing in. As you know today we've announced our trading update for the year ended the 30th of June 2020, and I apologize to all of you that this has been brought forward by a couple of days. But as you will have seen, we have also provided an update on the conclusion of investigations into certain structural issues at a legacy development Citiscape in Croydon. Our team today, myself, Steven and Jessica, are all in different locations, so I will chair the Q&A session.
