Thank you, Jess, and good morning, everyone, and welcome to our full year results presentation. I have with me as ever, Steven and also John Messenger. John is going to be covering our financial presentations until Mike Scott joins us. So I will start with an overview of our performance, revisit our medium-term targets and then look at our progress in the year. Steven will then take you through our operational performance. John will cover our financial performance, and I will then return to review the industry fundamentals, sustainability and finally, current trading and outlook.
