Thank you, Chris. I am Jim Blome; I am the CEO of Calyxt. And we are a healthy food ingredient company. We are coming up on two years of being a publicly held company. We are listed on the NASDAQ and we are headquartered in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.
