Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Calyxt, Inc. 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I will now turn the meeting over to the Chief Executive Officer, Jim Blome. Jim, the floor is yours.
Thank you. And welcome, everyone, and thank you all for joining our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We are pleased to hold our annual stockholders' meeting virtually as we aim to increase access and participation and prioritize the health of meeting participants in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
