Welcome, everyone, and thank you all for joining our special meeting of stockholders. We are pleased to hold our special stockholders meeting virtually as we aim to increase access and participation.
Stockholders may submit questions at any time during this meeting through the web portal with a limit of one question per stockholder. You will answer pertinent and appropriate questions on any matters in the agenda to be voted on by the stockholders at the special meeting before the voting is closed. We will not be answering any questions unrelated to the matters to be presented at this meeting.
