Canadian Western Bank Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Canadian Western Bank's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. I would like to call this meeting to order. My name is Bob Phillips, and I have the privilege to serve as your Chair of the Board of Directors of the bank. I'd like to extend a warm welcome to our shareholders, proxy holders and guests in the room as well as to those joining us by webcast.
Before I begin the formal portion of the meeting, I would like to acknowledge and introduce 4 of our special guests. The first of our special guests is Jack Donald. Jack was an inaugural member of the board and served as its first chair of the board from 1984 to 2010. Our second guest is Allan Jackson. Allan also inaugural director, served as a director from 1984 to 2016, and during that period from 2010 to 2016, served as our second chair of the board. Our third guest is Chuck Allard. Chuck, a long-standing director, served on the board from 1986 until 2009. Our fourth guest is Larry Pollock, who I have not seen yet. And
