Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Adairs' 2020 Results Call. Joining me this morning on the call is Ash Gardner, our CFO; and Jamie Adamson, our Head of Investor Relations.

The second half of 2020 will be remembered as the most challenging period, with COVID-19 impacting every sector of the economy and forcing businesses to adapt to an ever-evolving environment. I am pleased to announce today that the results achieved by Adairs and Mocka through this period highlight both the resilience of our model and the strength of our brands.

Adairs achieved sales growth of 4.5% for the year despite closing all stores on the 30th of March and reopening them progressively through May. This resulted in Adairs' total store sales being down for the year but
