We might get started. Okay. Welcome, everybody, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Brett Chenoweth, and I'm the Chairman of Adairs and Chairman of the Board of Directors. It's good to see everybody here today. We've had 2 years of sort of turmoil here. So after the sort of virtual meetings in the last couple of years, it's actually good to get everybody back in the room. So again, we're very pleased about that. We do recognize, of course, that COVID is still active in the community. So there will be people joining online, hence us making sure we start at the precise time and we record everything that's happening today.

I would like to begin by acknowledging the traditional owners and custodians of the land on which we meet today, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, and I also pay my respects to their elders, past and present.
