Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Adairs 2021 First Half Results Call. Joining me this morning on the call is Ash Gardner, our CFO; and Jamie Adamson, our Head of Investor Relations.

The first half of 2021 has been an exceptional period for the group. The results achieved by Adairs and Mocka through this period highlight the strength of our brands and the hard work of our teams to continue to adapt to the ongoing COVID-19 challenges whilst delivering fantastic products and great customer experiences.

The group achieved total sales growth of plus 34.8% with like-for-like sales of plus 32.4% and an increasing gross margin rate of 545 basis points to 66.1%. Over the half, Adairs achieved sales growth of 20.9%. Adairs stores delivered
