We continue to live in what are somewhat unique and uncertain times, and this has had a profound effect both on our personal lives and indeed our business lives. Most importantly, I hope this video find you continue to be safe and healthy. DS Smith as a business has had to react to significant changes during the course of the year. And I am delighted in the manner in which we have taken care of both our staff and our supply chain, all the way from suppliers to customers. One of the key elements of any AGM is the ability to hear directly from the CEO, his view on our most recent performance and is importantly the outlook and the strategy of the business.
