Thanks, Christian, and good morning, all. Thanks for your time. While we're obviously disappointed by our latest forecast for fiscal '20 and update today, it's fair to say our original guidance has been under a little pressure for a couple of months and naturally we have been extremely diligent about our continuous disclosure obligations. But the latest industry risk equalization numbers surprised us and made this update today necessary.

We're seeing that at the very beginning of fiscal '20 that it was a reset of sorts given our high arhi margins of fiscal '19 and lofty margins in our international workers businesses in the face
