Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is David Gordon. I'm the Chairman of nib holdings limited. And on behalf of the nib Board, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our Virtual 2021 Annual General Meeting.
Due to the changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions, we believe that hosting this year's AGM virtually is the most responsible and safe way to conduct this year's meeting.
