NIB Holdings Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. My name is Steve Crane, Chairman of nib holdings limited. And on behalf of the nib Board, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our first ever Virtual Annual General Meeting.
Given the changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions, we believe that hosting the 2020 AGM virtually is the most responsible and safe way to conduct this year's meeting. You will still be able to vote and ask questions of your Board via the webcast. So please follow the instructions available via the website and as we will discuss today.
Before we begin today's meeting, I'd like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and recognize their continuing connection to the land, waters and community. I pay my respects to them and their culture and to elders, both past and present.
