[Interpreted] Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is John Manley, Chair of CAE's Board of Directors. In the last 11 years, as a member of CAE's board, I have witnessed first-hand the evolution and growth of this great global company and its employees' commitment to the company's core values and strategy.
