Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is John Manley. I'm Chair of CAE's Board of Directors. On behalf of the Board and CAE's management team, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
We're holding the meeting once again this year in a virtual-only format. This format allows shareholders and appointed proxy holders to attend, participate in real time and vote at the meeting online through a web-based platform regardless of their geographic location.
