Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is John O'Neill, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors, I welcome you to The Star Entertainment Group's 9th Annual General Meeting here at The Westin in Brisbane and via live audio webcast today. I'm delighted to be with you here in Brisbane and look forward to being able to welcome you to our own venue in the future following completion of the Queenâs Wharf Brisbane development just nearby. I walked past last night and counted 7 cranes, so there's certainly a bit of activity.
I would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land where we gathered today, the Turrbal and the Jagera people, and pay my respects to elders, past, present and emerging.
Before we start, may I ask everyone to please turn off your mobile phones to avoid interruptions to the meeting and interference with our audiovisual equipment.
Moving to the formalities, as a quorum is clearly present to constitute the meeting, I formally declare the meeting open.
