Thank you, Melanie, and good morning, everybody. I am here with our CFO, Harry Theodore, and we will touch on the key points of the presentation. I hope you've had a look at the presentation.
If I can ask you to turn to page 3 of our deck, where we summarize the key investment highlights and the reasons why we think this is an attractive transaction. It basically boils down to that on our analysis of the situation, our proposal increases the value of the shares of -- that all the shareholder groups hold. So, it's attractive to all groups of shareholders.
In the short term the value creation is driven by significant synergies that we can capture from combining these two companies. We have done a lot of work here and we believe that the adoption of our centralized management
