Star Entertainment Group Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, I welcome you to The Star Entertainment Annual General Meeting. To start, I'd like to acknowledge and pay my respects to the people of -- the Yugambeh people, a language region of the Gold Coast, the traditional custodians and the land, which we have gathered, pay my respects to elders, past and present.
I'd also like to acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples here today. Today's meeting is held both in person as well as online via the Lumi platform, and this is to encourage as many people to participate as possible in engagement with shareholders. This meeting is being webcast live and the recording will be made available on The Star Entertainment Group's website after the meeting.
So moving to the formalities of the day, as it's now 10:00 a.m., Queensland time, and a quorum is present to constitute the meeting, I formally declare the meeting open.
