Thank you. The meeting will please come to order. My name is Craig Langel, Chairman of Glacier Bancorp, Inc. Good morning. And welcome to the 2020 Glacier Bancorp Annual Meeting. This is our 35th annual meeting and our first virtual meeting. We are conducting this virtual meeting because of the unprecedented circumstances created by the global coronavirus pandemic. We look forward to conducting this meeting in person next year as we have done for many years in Kalispell, Montana.
