All right. Thank you, Chris, and good morning to everybody. Thank you for joining us. I'm here in beautiful Spokane, Washington and very excited to talk to you today about our latest acquisition. Last night, after the close of business, we announced our agreement to acquire Community Financial Group, the holding company for Wheatland Bank, a community bank based right here in Spokane with a presence across Eastern Washington.
