All right. Thank you, Stephanie. And thank you for joining us today. I'm here in American Fork, Utah with the talented associates of Altabank to announce our proposed acquisition of Altabank. And on the phone with me in Kalispell, is Ron Copher, our Chief Financial Officer; and Tom Dolan, our Chief Credit Officer.
We view this transaction as being very consistent with our M&A strategy. At $3.5 billion, this transaction represents about 15% of our assets. 3 years ago, in 2018, we closed 2 transactions in the first quarter: Collegiate Peaks Bank's at about $550 million; and First Security Bank in Bozeman at about $1
