Yes. Thank you very much. Good morning, and welcome. I have Nick Vrondas with me on the call.
Goodman's global operations have delivered a strong first half result. Our operating profit was $615 million, up 16% on the prior period. And our operating earnings per share was $0.331, up 15% on the previous year. Statutory profit grew to over $1 billion for the half.
Goodman adapted early to the operational challenges brought about by COVID-19. Underlying customer demand strengthened throughout the period and provided a strong platform for growth going into 2021. We have created a flexible working environment for our people around the world, which has prioritized health,
