Half Year 2023 Goodman Group Earnings Call Transcript
Good day, and welcome to the Goodman Group First Half Financial Results for FY '23 Conference Call. (Operator Instructions) Please be advised that today's conference is being recorded.
It is now my pleasure to introduce CEO, Greg Goodman.
Thank you. Good morning, and welcome. I have Nick Vrondas with me on the call this morning. I'd like to begin by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which I'm presenting from today, the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation and pay my respects to elders, past and present.
Goodman has produced a strong result for the first half of FY '23, delivering operating profit of $877 million and operating earnings per security of $0.464, up 10.7% on the same time last year. Statutory profit was $1.1 billion, which includes the group's share of $1.4 billion of valuation gains.
