Thank you all for standing by, and welcome to the Goodman Group Q3 FY22 operational update. (Operator instructions) I'd now like to hand the conference over to CEO, Greg Goodman. Thank you. Please go ahead.
Thank you very much. Good morning, and welcome. I have Nick Vrondas here with me on the call. Firstly, I'd like to begin by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which I'm presenting from today, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, and paying my respects to elders past and present.
Goodman has had another strong quarter. Our operating results reflect the location strength of our portfolio, where tight supply and demand continues to produce high occupancy, strong cash flows, and development activity. This has enabled us to confirm earnings guidance of FY22 EPS growth of 23%. The business environment is changing. There are increased interest rates, inflation, geopolitical risks, and the ongoing impacts of the pandemic to navigate. However, the long-term structural drivers of demand remain intact.
