Thanks, Joanna. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for joining me on this investor call.
The purpose of this call is to present the financial statements for IMF Bentham Limited for the period ended 31 December 2018. Joining me on this call is Stuart Mitchell, the CFO for IMF; and Jeremy Sambrook, the General Counsel and Company Secretary for IMF.
Turning to Slide 2, summary. During the course of the financial year, we have been focused on finalizing our capital management plans, which have been defined by a successful equity raise, debt restructure and launch of our newest fund being the second fund for the U.S. and our fourth overall.
