Well, I see it's 9:30, so good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Annual General Meeting of Omni Bridgeway Limited for 2022. My name is Michael Kay. I'm the Non-Executive Chairman of Omni Bridgeway Limited. I note we have a quorum present, and I hereby declare the meeting open. Voting at today's meeting will be by poll, which is now open.
