Thanks, Tara. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Andrew Saker. I'm the Managing Director and CEO of IMF Bentham Limited.
The purpose of today's call is to present our first half results for the period ended 31 December 2019. Joining me on today's call is Stuart Mitchell, our CFO; and Jeremy Sambrook, our Group GC and Company Secretary.
As you'll be aware, at a meeting convened on 14th February, shareholders resolved to change the name of our company from IMF Bentham Limited to Omni Bridgeway Limited. We take this opportunity to thank shareholders for their support in this change. The new name will be registered with ASIC in the next couple of weeks and with ASX shortly thereafter. Once these
