Chris, thanks a whole lot. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for joining us on this conference call. I'm joined today by Finance Director, Abigail Mukhuba; our Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer, Lotz Mahlangeni; and the Head of Investor Relations, Grant Davids.
Sanlam released our operational update for the 10-month period to 31 October, 2021 earlier this afternoon. I'd like to make a few comments before we proceed to questions.
While 2021 continues to be a very challenging year, I'm absolutely delighted that the Sanlam Group has made excellent progress, both operationally and strategically. Our operational results are outstanding, and I believe that our results demonstrate customers value
