Well, good morning, everybody, and welcome to ConvaTec's 2018 annual results. Probably most of you know me, but I'm John Crosse, VP of Investor Relations.

Good morning. Welcome to our results presentation. I'm Rick Anderson, and I'm joined by Frank Schulkes, our CFO; and Donal Balfe, our Executive Vice President, Global Operations.
