Well, good morning, everybody, and a warm welcome to ConvaTec's interim results for 2019. I'm John Crosse, VP of Investor Relations. The usual housekeeping point before we start. Good morning. It's good to see you all this morning, and I see some familiar faces. First of all, welcome to our interim results presentation. I'm joined by Frank, our CFO; and David, our President of Advanced Wound Care. And I'm encouraged to say in the first half, we see an improving growth trend. Importantly, our Transformation Initiative is progressing well. So we're on track and that's why we're maintaining our full guidance today.
