I will now hand over to today's host, Rick Anderson, to begin. Rick, please go ahead.
Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining us for our first quarter call. This is Rick Anderson. I'm joined by our CFO, Frank Schulkes. We'll have a brief slide deck to take you through on our trading performance for Q1 and then we'll be happy to take your questions.
Before we get into the deck, I first want to touch on the progress we've made -- we're making on our Transformation Initiative we announced 11 weeks ago.
