Thanks, Larry. Thanks for having us. Again, this is always a great session. And welcome, everyone, to warm and sunny Florida, except for us, who live in Florida where it's cold.
So I just have a couple of slides, I'd like to speak off to -- off of today and kind of go through some things that we've talked about a lot through the course of this year and up to and including when we reported our third quarter results about a month ago. For those of you who aren't that familiar with MEDNAX, we are, at our heart, a physician services organization. We were founded in 1979 with 1 neonatology practice down here in South Florida.
