MEDNAX Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. Will the meeting please come to order? I'm Mark Ordan, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of MEDNAX, Inc. Due to continued public health concerns resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect the health and safety of our shareholders, directors and employees, this year's annual meeting is being held in a virtual-only meeting format.

Pepia, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer; and Dr. Mack Hinson, President of Pediatrix & Obstetrix Medical Groups.
Charles Lynch and Meredith Longsworth will serve as inspectors for today's meeting.
The notice of the meeting was given to shareholders of record on March 23, 2021. The record date for this meeting was March 10, 2021. Holders of common stock on that date are entitled to 1 vote per share on each matter that is
