Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. For the meeting, please come to order. I'm Mark Ordan, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of MEDNAX, Inc. I want to welcome you to the 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting. Due to continued public health concerns resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect the health and safety of our shareholders, directors and employees, this year's annual meeting is being held in a virtual-only meeting format. This allows shareholders, regardless of physical location, to participate in today's meeting. Shareholders can listen to the meeting, submit questions and vote your shares online prior to the closing of the polls in accordance with the instructions we received prior to the meeting.
