Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Cochlear. I'm Rick Holliday-Smith, Chairman, and it's my pleasure to welcome you to today's meeting. I acknowledge this AGM is being held on the traditional lands of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, and I pay my respects to their elders past and present.
I welcome those observing the meeting through Internet broadcast, and a recording of today's proceeding will be available on our website. The Notice of Meeting has been sent to all shareholders, and I'll take it as read, and I've signed the minutes of the last meeting, and a copy is available at the registration desk.
There's a quorum present, and I declare the meeting open.
