Good morning, and thank you all for joining for our F '22 results presentation. We'll go straight in, as I said, and then we'll have questions at the end. We'll start with our mission. As always, our mission has been a wonderful guide for us over the history of Cochlear, but particularly over the last 2.5 years, where obviously we have seen waves of COVID come through the impact of COVID on hospitals, in terms of hospital waiting lists, restrictions on immigration, which caused shortage -- staff shortages in hospitals restricting access to care, supply chain disruption, which we all have heard and seen and more recently inflation.
