This is our Q1 presentation, and today we will, of course, listen to our CEO, Johan Forssell; and also our CFO, Helena Saxon. So let me then start with an overview of the first quarter. Overall, we had a strong start of the year. Net asset value was up 9% in the quarter. Our total share to return was up 11.5%, of course, supported by the strong stock market that was up 13% in the quarter. If we look
